Proposal Criteria Guidelines

​

Deadline for Submissions:

Ensure your proposals reach us by February 1, 2024! Notifications regarding your selection as a presenter or otherwise will be dispatched no later than February 15, 2024.

​

Proposal Extension: All Proposals Due by 5:00pm PST on February 16th

​

Theme and Emphasis:

Harmonize your proposals with the overarching motif of Education Explosion 24: Unveiling Horizons: Empowering Educators for Elevated Instruction and Possibilities Beyond the Classroom. Your topic should either raise the current educational bar, or highlight the possibilities for teachers to transfer their current skills outside the confines of the classroom.

Format for Proposals:

Submit a well-structured proposal encompassing a distinct title, abstract, objectives, outline, and bio information. Please make sure your name and contact information is prominently displayed on the front page of the proposal.

​

Criteria for Review:

We will evaluate proposals based on their alignment with the conference theme, originality, lucidity, practicality, and potential for immediate implementation and impact.

Failure to incorporate all requisite information will render your proposal incomplete, resulting in its exclusion from the review process.

​

Audio-Visual Requirements:

Prepare your presentation in a widely compatible format (e.g., PowerPoint, PDF) for seamless integration into our conference system. 

​

Duration of Sessions:

Sessions are allotted a duration of 60 minutes, inclusive of time for Q&A.

 

Submission Limits:

Presenters may submit a maximum of two (2) proposals.

 

Engaging the Audience:

Incorporate interactive elements, discussions, or activities in your presentation to captivate the audience and share actionable strategies for teachers to readily implement in their classrooms. You can incorporate your own unique products into your presentations. This offers a distinct advantage to your business by providing a tangible and firsthand experience for your audience.

Code of Conduct:

Adherence to a professional code of conduct during the conference is expected from presenters. Maintaining respectful and inclusive behavior is paramount. Please note that as a presenter, you have the autonomy to directly sell and showcase any of your unique products or services during this conference as a perk.

Permissions and Copyright:

Ensure compliance with copyright laws and obtain necessary permissions for materials used in presentations.
